• PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING !!!

To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, please review our policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling a service, you agree to the following terms:

Appointment Policy

• Punctuality: Clients must arrive on time for their appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be applied and collected prior to services.

• Appointment Cancellations: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to book a new time slot.

• No Extra Guests: To maintain a calm and focused environment, clients are permitted to NOT bring guests. Please come alone. 

• Age Restriction: We do not provide services to individuals under the age of 16.

VIP and Holiday Appointments

• VIP Services: Any appointments booked before 9:00 AM or after 8:00 PM are considered VIP and priced at $140.

• Last-Minute Bookings: All last-minute bookings are also considered VIP and are charged at the VIP rate.

• Holiday Appointments: All holiday appointments are a flat rate of $150.

Payment and Deposit Policy

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $27 (including tax) is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be credited toward your total service cost.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid through Zelle or exact cash ONLY. Any other form of payment (Cash app or PayPal) will incur an additional $15 fee. All travel services require an add on travel fee based off distance. To calculate distance please consult with makeup artist.

• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the makeup artist is unavailable or determines that the situation warrants an exception.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in being blocked from booking future appointments.

Friends and Family Discount Policy

A 25% courtesy discount is extended to immediate friends and family as a thank-you for their support.

• Discount applies to regular priced services ONLY
• Must be mentioned at time of booking with code
• Not valid on bridal packages, travel fees, or combined with promotional services
